Shipping Policy

Customer Satisfaction is very important to The Vape Unit.  We would like to inform all of our customers that our shipping department is closed on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and holidays.  Any inquiries over the weekend regarding shipping will be answered at the beginning of the week.  

  • All orders placed through this web site must be shipped to the address provided in your invoice
  • We DO NOT allow will call or pick up of items for online purchases due to security reasons
  • All limited availability and/or exclusive items are limited to one per person, per household
  • Multiple orders can not be combined
  • No sales or shipping to International Countries
  • No sales or shipping to minors or to adults intending to distribute or resell items to minors
  • All customers are responsible for knowing and following the laws which they reside in.  

Time Frame:

All items will be packaged within 1 to 3 business days from the date you place your order and will be picked up by USPS the following business day, regardless of the shipping option you choose.  

Shipping days/times are only estimates by the courier and are not guaranteed by us or them.  Weather and other conditions can affect delivery times.  Invoices are processed in the order they are received.   If there were many orders placed over the weekend, then there could be a possible delay in getting your order out.  

Domestic orders can take 1 to 15 business days to reach their intended destination and is dependent on which shipping option you choose.

Tracking:

Tracking information is offered by the carrier via their website whether you choose to use USPS.  

Shipping Options:

We currently only use USPS postal service.

USPS options allowed for domestic orders:

first class (up to 13 ounces total package)
priority mail

Damaged or Tampered Packages:

Customer who receive a package that was damaged during shipping (transit) or if the package looks to be tampered with, must notify the delivery driver or courier immediately.  Customers who are required to sign for the package during delivery, must refuse the package if damaged or tampered with so that a claim can be initiated with the courier.  Once you notify the courier or delivery driver, please email us at info@thevapeunit.com immediately so that we know that a claim has been initaited.  

Signature Confirmation Policy:

All domestic orders shipped from our facility now require "SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION" upon delivery.  If you wish to waive signature confirmation due to the inconvenience this may cause you, we can waive it for you when processing your order.  However, you will need to email us your order number immediately at info@thevapeunit.com stating that you wish to waive signature confirmation for that order BEFORE we have processed it.  

By denying signature confirmation, you, the customer, understand that you have waived your right to a security measure that we, The Vape Unit, have tried to provide you for the safety of your order.  By denying signature confirmation, you agree that if your package is lost or stolen but shows delivered by USPS to the shipping address you provided, we, The Vape Unit, will not be held liable or responsible for your lost or stolen item(s).  Should you have any questions regarding the recent update to our Shipping Policy, please feel free to email us at info@thevapeunit.com.
